摘要
目的 :研究茶多酚、茶色素对紫外线照射致小鼠皮肤光老化的防护作用。方法 :光镜下观察茶多酚、茶色素对真皮弹性纤维的影响 ;通过嵌套PCR检测皮肤组织线粒体DNA(mtDNA)的缺失突变。结果 :茶多酚、茶色素组的弹性纤维断裂、卷曲的程度较模型组轻 ,且mtDNA的缺失突变也无模型组严重。结论 :茶多酚、茶色素能改善光老化模型小鼠真皮弹性纤维的病变 ,两者可不同程度地缓解小鼠皮肤组织mtDNA的缺失突变。
AIM:To study the effect of tea polyphenols a nd tea pigments on the mice irradiated with ultraviolet rays. METHOD: Th e morphologic alteration of elastic fibers of dermis was observed. Using a neste d PCR method to detect mitochondrial DNA mutagenesis. RESULT: Few broken, convolute, amorphous elastic fibers were observed in the groups treated with tea polyphenols and tea pigments, and some wavy elastic fibers were also o bserved. The mtDNA deletion mutagenesis in the groups treated with tea polypheno ls and tea pigments occurred less frequently than that of model group. CONCLUSION: In the present study both tea polyphenols and tea pigments co uld ameliorate lesions of elastic fibers of dermis and remiss mtDNA deletion mutagenesis of murine skin. These results suggested that tea pigments and tea po lyphenols had similar preventive and curative effects on skin photoaging of mice induced by UV irradiation.
