电阻法诊断碳钢蒸汽管道石墨化

An Electric Resistance Method for Graphitization Diagnosis of Carbon Steel Steam Pipeline in Power Plants

摘要 本文采用双臂电桥,对两个电厂的石墨化碳钢管道进行了电阻率的测试。测试结果发现石墨化级别高低与电阻率大小呈线性关系。试验得出,电阻率为19.5 μΩ·cm时石墨化为3.5级;电阻率为20 μΩ·cm时石墨化已达四级。此时应考虑换管。 In this paper a simple and easy electric resistance method for graphitization diagnosis of carbon steel steam pipeline is developed. A resistance bridge of two arms is adopted for examining the specific resistance of the carbon steel steam pipeline of two power plants. The re,suits obtained demonstrate that the graphitization grade is linearly propotional to the magnitude of specific resistance. It is known from the test that when the specific resistances reach 20 μΩ· cm and the graphitization reaches grade 4, the replacement of old carbon steel steam pipeline should be considered.
