摘要
目的 探讨经内镜鼻胆管引流术 (ENBD)治疗高龄急性胆道疾病的疗效。 方法 总结采用ENBD治疗 2 6例高龄 (≥ 80岁 )急性胆道疾病患者的临床资料。 结果 2 6例均一次置管成功 ,置管后2 5例病情迅速缓解。1例引流无效转为开放手术。无一例出现严重并发症。 结论 ENBD是治疗高龄急性胆道疾病的一种简便有效的方法 ,能迅速改善临床症状 。
Objective To evaluate the effectiveness of endoscopic nasobiliary drainage(ENBD) for acute biliary tract disease in elderly patients. Methods ENBD was given to 26 elderly patients (≥80 years old) with acute biliary tract diseases. Results All ENBD operations in these cases were successful. 25 cases were alleviated. One patient was reversed to open operation because of no effectiveness. There were no severe complications. Conclusions ENBD is a safe and effective method in the treatment of acute biliary tract diseases in elderly patients. It can alleviate clinical symptoms promptly and can serve as the preparation for future endoscopic or surgical therapy.
