摘要
快速升温煅烧水泥熟料,由于煅烧温度低、烧成时间短,具有明显的节能效果。目前国内外正在进行这种煅烧技术的积极探索,但仍缺乏较为系统的理论研究。本文采用特制的烧成实验设备,运用DTA、SEM、EPMA、XRD及其它常规测试分析方法,对快速升温煅烧过程中硅酸盐水泥熟料矿物的低温形成机理进行了系统的研究。
Because of its burning temperature low and time short, burning cement clinkerin rapid heating has the obvious effect of conserving energy. Now this technology is being re-searched in some countries, but the theory about which has been still lack of systemetical study. In this paper, the special burning equipment was used, based on DTA, SEM, EPMA,XRD and the other's common test and analysis methods, the forming mechanism of Portlandcement clinker minerals in rapid burning are studied.
