摘要
本文研究了不同异源细胞质对普通小麦苗期叶色、长势、生长习性、生育期、生长锥分化进度,以及对春化、光照处理的反应和加速发育的效果。结果表明在同核异质情况下,不同细胞质对上述生育特性具有不同的遗传效应,因而在多方面产生差异。其中的一些效应(如苗期对低温抗性、叶绿素含量和长势的增强以及生长锥分化在某些时期的延长等)对小麦育种和高产载培以及夏播改制研究中具有一定应用价值。
There is interspecific variation of the cytoplasm in Triticum and Aegilops.Cytoplasms with diversi- ties exert different genetic effects on the expression of wheat characters.We investigated the genetic effects of differrent allo-cytoplasm on colour of the leaf of seedling,growth vigor,growth habits and characteristics,the stage of growth and development,the rate of differentiation of young ear,the sponse to vernalization and illumination treatment.The results showed that in case of the same nucleus donor different cytoplasm exert different genetic effects,thus brought about many differences in growth characteristics.Among which some effects may be useful in plant genetics and plant breeding.
