摘要
以十二烷基磺酸钠作浮选剂,研究了用沉淀浮选法富集分离稀土元素。对表面活性剂的性质、溶液 pH 值、离子强度和共存离子对稀土浮选率的影响进行了系统的研究。结果表明此法具有设备简单、快速、稀土回收率高等优点,可以作为稀土纯品生产的前处理技术。
In this paper,a precipitation flotation for preconcentration and separation the rare earth elements is reported.The effects of the properties of surfactants,the pH and the ionic strength of solutions,and the coexisting ions on recoveries of rare earth elements have been studied in detail.The results show that the higher recoveries for rare earth elements were obtained by using anionic surfactants as the flota- tion agent.The recovery of rare earth elements was 95.68% when the sodium dodecyl sulfonate (SDSF)was used as a flotation agent at pH 10.18.This method can be used as a preconcentration technique for rare earth elements with a simple and rapid.
