摘要
Ti(Ⅳ)盐和过氧化氢溶液在碱性条件下生成钛的过氧络合物。将过氧络合物的热分解产物在不同温度下进行热处理,制得球形TiO_2·nH_2O微粒子和球形锐钛矿型TiO_2微粒子。
The peroxo complexes of titanium were formed by the reaction of Ti(IV) salt and H_2O_2 under basic condition. The spherical TiO_2·nH_2O fine particles and spherical anatase TiO_2 fine partiles were prepared by heat-treating the thermal decomposition products of the peroxo complexes at Various tempera- tures.
