摘要
将C_60膜镀在Cu、Ni、Si、Ag、石英玻璃、KBr品体等不同衬底上,用U-1000拉曼光谱仪研究了它们的拉曼光谱退偏比和表面增强拉曼光谱(SERS),观察到C_60拉曼光谱谱带的相对强度和退偏比与衬底有密切的关系,SERS光谱中除具有常规拉曼光谱的谱带外,还出现若干新谱带。用C_60与固体表面相互作用的观点解释了这些实验结果。
The fullerene-C_60 film coated on surface of Ni, Si, Cu, Ag, KBr and guartz plate and adsorbed on surface of Ag film were studied by Raman spectroscopy and surface-enhanced Raman spetroscopy (SERS). The diffferent changes of relative intensity and depolarization ratio (p = I/I) of Raman bands of C_60 films on different substrates were observed. Some new Raman bands were also observed in SERS spetrum of C_60 These results could be explained by the interactions between C_60 and surface of substrates. The results suggested that the spherical fullerene C_60 molecule with I_h symmetry could be used as a probe to investigate the adsorbate-surface interactions.
