莫桑鼻给非鲫生长期同工酶变化的分析

摘要 运用聚丙烯酰胺盘状凝胶电泳分析了雌性莫桑鼻给非鲫不同生长期及卵巢退化时期肝脏、肌肉和卵巢三种组织的酯酶和乳酸脱氢酶同工酶。结果表明,同工酶不仅具有组织特异性,而且具有生长期特异性,即在不同的生长期或一定的生理条件下,同工酶的相对含量和酶谱会发生变化。本文探讨了同工酶变化同生理代谢的关系。 Esterase (EST) and lactate dehydrogenase (LDH) isozymes of liver, muscle and ovary in female Tilapia mossambica during growth were analysis with polyacrylamide gel disc electrophoresis. The results show that the EST and LDH electrophoretic patterns exhibited a tissue-specific expression, and the relative enzyme content of each tissue examined apparently changed during growth or in certain physiological condition. The zymograms of EST displayed a growth stage specificity. The main EST isozymic band patterns of liver and ovary were consistent, but the isozymic band number of liver in growth Ⅲ stage and of ovary in follicular atresia increased. The changes of the isozymes are related with the genetic base and metabolic activity of organism.
