摘要
本文给出了多层薄膜结构复合平面波导导波模式的传播常数的计算方法,分析了各个模式在波导中电磁场的分布规律,并给出了有关的计算公式。通过实例计算,描述了场的分布形式。
The method for calculating the propagation constants of guided waves in a complex waveguide plane consisting of multilayers are presented. The electromagnetic field distribution for each guided mode is analysed. A few examples are finally given.
