摘要
对长期低浓度 SO2 影响下油桐叶绿素的性状进行了测定。结果表明长期低浓度 SO2 熏气引起叶绿素 b在 64 8nm处吸收峰消失。引起叶绿素 a最大荧光峰从 677.7nm移到 672 .1nm;引起叶绿素 b的荧光峰从 667.2 nm移到 669.7nm;类胡萝卜素在671.2 nm处荧光峰增强 ,而在 73 1.5 nm处的荧光峰几乎消失。熏气处理抑制了叶绿素和类胡萝卜的形成 ;但类胡萝卜与总叶绿素比值升高。
The pigment character of Vernicia. Fordii in long-term low concentration SO_2 environment was tested. SO_2 fumigation vanished the absorbance peak of chlorophyll b at 648 nm, and shifted the maximal absorbance peak of chlorophyll a from 677.7 to 672.1 nm and the maximal fluorescence peak of chlorophyll b from 667.2 nm to 669.7 nm. The fluorescence peak of carotid at 671.2 nm was enhanced, but the fluorescence peak of carotid at 731.5 nm almost vanished. SO_2 fumigation decreased the content of chlorophyll and carotid, but the ratio of carotid/total chlorophyll increased.
