立体定向技术与脑内出血的治疗及机理研究 被引量:12

摘要 近年来,立体定向技术在脑出血的治疗和脑内血肿致病机理的实验研究中发挥了巨大的作用,在未来可能成为治疗脑内出血的主要外科方法之一,对脑内出血后致病机理认识的深入及开颅手术疗效不佳是立体定向治疗的主要依据。立体定向治疗脑内出血降低了死亡率并改善了预后。对于脑内出血后致病机理的研究有待进一步探讨,对立体定向手术的各个方面也应进一步研究。
