摘要
目的探讨采用锁孔手术治疗颅内病变的手术技术。方法对120例颅内各部位肿瘤、血管性病变、脓肿、视神经损伤、肉芽肿等病变采用不同手术入路切除或夹闭。结果经锁孔手术治疗的病人仅1例死亡,绝大部分病人的术前症状与体征可减轻或消失,少数病人出现颅神经损伤或其他神经功能障碍。结论锁孔手术治疗颅内各种病变安全可靠,可明显降低对病人的医源性损伤,同时提高疾病的治疗效果,可作为手术治疗颅内病变的主要手段。
Objective To study the surgical techniques with keyhole operation for treatment of the intracranial lesions. Methods 120 cases were treated with dif ferent approaches, including tumors in different places, blood vessel lesions, a bscesses, optic nerve injury, granuloma and so on. Results In all patients onl y one died, most patients' symptoms and sign were relieved or disappeared. A few patients presented with the injuries of cranial nerve or other dysfunction. Co nclusion Using keyhole operation as treatment of various kinds of intracranial lesion is safe and reliable, which can obviously reduce the injuries from doctor and simultaneously raise the effect. It can be used as the main method to treat the intracranial lesions.
