摘要
用C9石油树脂和溴素反应制备了溴化石油树脂,探讨了最佳溴化反应条件。研究了溴化石油树脂与三氧化二锑(Sb2O3)的混合物在发泡聚氨酯体系中的阻燃效果,结果表明,当溴化石油树脂与Sb2O3复合的阻燃剂质量分数为7.5%时,聚氨酯材料具有明显的阻燃效果,而对聚氨酯材料的压缩强度影响不大。
With C9 petroleum resin and bromine as materials, a bromizating C9 petroleum resin was synthesized. The reaction condition was discussed. The flame retardant properties of mixfure of the bromizated C9 petroleum resin and Sb2O3 to polyurethane materials were tested. The results show that when mass fraction of the mixed flame retardant is 7.5%, polyurethane materials have good flame retardance and the influence of the flame retardant bromizating C9 petroleum resin on compressive strength of materials were is small.
