摘要
采用样品扫描方式,通过对传统光学显微镜的改造,开发了一套反射式共焦扫描显微镜(ConfocalScanningOpticalMicroscope,CSOM),并对多种样品成功地进行了扫描成像.
A confocal scanning optical microscope(CSOM) was developed, whose optical unit was largely borrowed from an ordinary optical microscope . The sample under observation is driven by a X-Y moving platform to acquire 2-dimentional images. High-resolution images of several samples under different imaging parameters were presented.
