摘要
柔性模头是大型吹塑机组的关键部件 ,要求既具有较高的弹性变形能力 ,又要具备一定的强度和硬度。通过对BM 2 0 1吹塑机组的柔性模头材质分析 ,确定代用材料 。
Flexible head is one of the key parts of big blow molding machine, it is required to have not only high capability of elastic distortion, but also certain rigidity and intensity. By analyzing material of the flexible head in BM201,this paper concluded the material for local manufacturing such flexible head.
