摘要
介绍了角速度测量部件自动测试系统的硬件和软件的结构,该检测系统不仅能对不同类型的角速度测量部件进行总体性能测试,还能对角速度测量部件内部的板间信号进行测试从而进行故障诊断。检测系统的可靠性高、通用性好,测试精度达到了设计要求。
This paper discuss the hardware and software structure of the automatic test system of the angular velocity measuring unit. The system can test different kinds of the angular velocity measuring unit, moreover it can diagnosis faults through testing the signals between boards inside the angular velocity measuring unit. The reliability and commonality are very perfect, and the test accuracy meets the needs of the design.
