摘要
局部麻醉是纤维支气管镜(BF)检查成功与否的关键。我们采用双项麻醉法,即气管滴入法与超声雾化吸入法交替并用,经与气管滴入法对照表明,双项麻醉病人在接受BF检查过程中,无明显的刺激症状,血氧饱和度和脉搏均无显著变化。由于刺激症状少、反应轻,病人能够配合操作者顺利完成检查。操作时间大大缩短。
Local anesthesia is one of most important steps in bronchofiberscopy. We used the two ways anesthesia for bronchofiberscopy in which the two methods of anesthesia. i. e. endotracheal instillation and ultrasionic nebulization, were alternatively administered, During the time of brionchofiberscopy , we observed the patients index of severe cough rate (SCR), Blood oxygen saturation (BOS) and Pulse rate (PR), both in the group of the two ways anesthesia and the group of single endotracheal instillation anesthesia. The results showed that there were lower SCR, higher BOS and lower PR in the two ways anesthesia group cpmpaared with single endotracheal group ( P< 0.01). These results indicate that due to the side effects on patients in the two ways anesthesia of endotracheal instillation and ultrosonic nebulizaation were reduced, the patients felt comfort and the period of bronchofiberscopy was shortened.
