摘要
[背景 ]畸形子宫早期妊娠确诊率较低 ,行人工流产术时易发生漏吸、误吸及子宫穿孔等并发症 .[病例报告 ]回顾性地分析了 2 3例畸形子宫早期妊娠行人工流产术的临床资料 ,确诊率为 4 8% ;发生手术并发症 9例 ,占 39% .[讨论 ]畸形子宫早期妊娠行人工流产术的成败 ,首先取决于术前诊断是否正确 .在手术过程中 ,一旦出现并发症 ,应及时。
BACKGROUNDThe diagnostic rate for first trimester of pregnancy in the deformed uterus is low and there are many complications of missed abortion, wrong absorption, uterus perforation etc in the artificial abortion.?CASE REPORT?It was retrospectively analyzed that the clinical data of 23 cases of artificial abortion for first trimester of pregnancy in the deformed uterus. The diagnostic rate was 48% and 9 cases(39%) were suffered from the complications.?DISCUSSION?The successful rate of artificial abortion for first trimester of pregnancy in the deformed uterus depends on the correct or missed diagnosis before the operation. During the abortion, the doctor must have a high responsibility to operate carefully and the occurred complications are treated in time and accurately.
