摘要
过去测定钢中稀土含量下限为0 005%(质量分数) 采用萃淋树脂分离,分光光度法测定碳钢及低合金钢中微量稀土 ,测定含量小于 0 0 0 5%(质量分数 ) 本方法用pH =0 5的盐酸淋洗 ,使稀土与Fe(Ⅲ )离子分离 ,寻找对乙酰偶氮氯膦与稀土 (Ⅲ )
The lowest limit of the content of RE in steel can be dected in the past was 0.005%.By the method of extraction and leaching resin,the content of RE less than 0.005% can be dected now in the sample of low carbon steel and alloy by means of spectrophotometric determination.A method is introduced that by using HCl (pH=0.5) solution to leach,RE was separated from Fe(Ⅲ) in the form of RE(Ⅲ)Pacetlyoazochlorphosphon coordinate compounds.And the forming condition of the complex compound was also investigated in detail.
