摘要
转炉炉壳在一定的温度场和热应力等物理量作用下,造成炉壳永久蠕变变形 针对影响蠕变变形的热应力 ,研究了 2种热应力———热膨胀应力和温度差应力对转炉炉壳的蠕变变形的影响 通过比较总的热应力和其中热膨胀应力分别对炉壳的作用 ,可以判断出哪一种热应力是影响蠕变变形的主要影响因素 。
When temperature field and thermalstress act on BOF shell,it can bring about shell permanent creep deformation.Aiming at thermalstress that affects creep deformation,the influence of two thermalstresses,thermal expansion stress and temperature difference stress,on creep deformation is researched.By comparing total thermal stress and thermal expansion stress towards action of shell respectively,which factor affects creep deformation primarily can be judged out ,so shell creep deformation can be further controlled.
