摘要
简单地阐述了钢中贝氏体相变理论研究的2个学派学术论争的情况,并对某些观点应用自然辨证法的哲学理论进行了分析和纠正 指出 ,珠光体分解与贝氏体相变有着本质的区别 ,贝氏体组织是整合系统 ,不是混合物 应当把“过冷奥氏体→珠光体、贝氏体、马氏体”转变系列作为一个整合系统来研究 贝氏体相变是属于扩散型和切变型相变之间的中间过渡型相变的总体认识 ,是统一认识的基本条件
The controversy about the phase theory of the bainite in the steel between two schools is reviewed,some viewpoints are analyzed and corrected according to philosophic theory of natural dialectics.It points out there are essential differences between decomposing of the pearlite and phase of the bainite.Bainite microstructures are not mixture but a conformity system.The series of transformations of supercooling austenite→pearlite,bainite,martensite should be studied as a conformity system.It is a postulate of unifying cognitions that bainite phase is a transition between diffusing and shearing phase.Bainite phase has diffusionshear conformity mechanism.
