摘要
以RhizobiumtrifolliiION2 1 3为出发菌株 ,对根瘤菌的高产环状 β- (1 ,2 ) -葡聚糖菌株的筛选进行了初步研究 ,对溴甲酚紫平板上 2种菌落进行对比 ,结果表明 ,兰色菌落的环状 β - (1 ,2 ) -葡聚糖最高产量为 2 .1 6g L ,兰色菌株环状 β - (1 ,2 )葡聚糖的产量显著高于黄色菌株的产量 ,两者产量间经方差分析存在着极显著的差异。因此 ,采用溴甲酚紫平板初筛法筛选高产环状 β -葡聚糖根瘤菌菌株是一种简便有效的筛选方法。
Rhizobium trifolii ION213 was selected a s originally strains, a method of screening high yield strain which can produce m ore cyclic β-(1,2)-glucan was primarily studied in this paper. On the bromocr esol purple plate, comparing with the yellow colony, the results showed that the blue colony had the capability of higher yield of cyclic β-(1,2)-glucan(2.16 g/L), which had distinct yields different from the yellow colony though varianc e analysis. Hence it was a simple and effective screening method.
