摘要
在利用无锡轻工业学院开发的多管带保护风磺化器和Chemithon磺化器进行新产品MES(α-脂肪酸甲酯磺酸钠)开发试验基础上,结合国内设计的“白猫”磺化器及Allied磺化器生产情况,对膜式磺化器不同型式处理不同原料的传质特性进行了研究,得出了一个和经典对流传质模型十分接近的结果,充分肯定了磺化器反应气膜扩散控制的正确性。本文不但提出了膜式磺化器的设计方法,还理论分析了结构参数和操作参数对磺化率的影响。
On the bases of multipipe sulfonator with protect air designed by WILI and the Chemithon sulfonator in developing the new product MES (Methyl α-fatty acid sulfonate, sodium salt), and in conjuction with 'White. Cat' and Allied double film sulfonat6rs. the mass transfer properties with different type sulfonators in treating different materials are studies. Those results reveal that the data obtained are very close to that of the typical convective mass transfer equation. That confirms the truth of sulfonate reaction controled by gas-phase diffusion. It not only suggest the way to design film sulfonator, but also analyse theoretically structure and operating parameter influencing on sulfonating conver-sion.
