摘要 本文在曲柄摇杆机构一般作图法求解的基础上,用解析法对该机构按摇杆摆角ψ和极位夹角θ(即行程速度变化系数K)进行最佳传动角设计作了较深入和全面的研究,给出了有关设计公式和线图。研究结果表明,Alt线图有较大的错误,Lichtenheldt线图基本正确,但精度较差,且在某些情况下难以直接求解。本文所提供的设计方法和线图不仅无上述弊端还更简捷和易于接受,因而具有实用价值和易于推广。 The crank-rocker mechanism design with optimum transmission angle accord-ing to the rocker oscillating angle ψ and θ between two limiting positions (or coefficient of travel speed variation K) has been more deeply studied by using analytical method based on the general graphical method in this paper. The resulting equations and chart show that Alt's chart is far from right, Lichtenheldt's is basically correct but with low precision and in some cases unable to give solution directly. The chart and design procedure presented in this paper givescorrect results with necessary precision, easy to practiceand with wide ac-ceptability as well.
