摘要
低压电器元件温升试验用的连接导体在试验过程中是起着散热作用的 ,而在成套设备中电器元件之间的连接导体的长度要比元件温升试验用的短 ,故成套设备中电器元件接线端的温升会比元件温升试验时的高。本文通过热交换分析与计算 ,提出低压成套开关设备中连接导体截面和长度的选用方法 ,以确保电器元件在成套设备中的运行温升不会超过极限值。文中还计算出与电器元件连接负载电缆的安全长度。
In the temperature rise test of low voltage apparatus component, the connecting conductor takes the role of heat dissipating, but the length of connecting conductor in low voltage switchgear is shorter than that of in temperature rise test, so, the actual temperature rise shall be higher than that in the test. Through analysis and calculation of the heat exchange process, the selection method of cross section and length of connecting conductor was put forward to ensure the running temperature rise of low voltage switchgear does not exceed the limiting value. The safety length to connect apparatus component and load cable was calculated and given.
