摘要
对于海洋石油平台,结构抗震设计要求提供地震动峰值、反应谱、持续时间以及速度时程等参数.由于海洋石油平台的结构和形式的特殊性,以及海域地震环境特征,考虑海洋石油平台地震动作用时要有不同的方法及侧重点.本文对海洋石油平台地震作用分析中涉及的一些工程地震问题研究进行了讨论,包括设防地震动水准、设定地震、地震动衰减关系、长周期地震动及其相关问题.
The seismic design of offshore oil platform structure requires some parameters such as peak ground motion value, response spectra, duration, and acceleration time-history. Because of the particularity of the structure and form of offshore oil platforms, and the seismic environment in Chinese sea area, there are some particular measures to be taken in seismic effect analysis of the offshore oil platforms. In this paper, some engineering seismic problems involved in the seismic effect analysis of the offshore oil platforms are discussed, including design ground level, scenario earthquake, ground motion attenuation relation, long period ground motion, and so on.
