摘要
根据目前档案信息网站多而有效信息少的情况,提出了加强档案信息管理功能的必要性。分析了在网络环境下档案信息具有内容及形式丰富多彩、数据库形式多样化、档案信息与社会综合信息一体化等特点。介绍了档案信息管理的各种模式:主页式、自由文本式、超文本式、超媒体式、数据库式、联机目录式及电子商务等。就档案信息管理的标准问题,提出了应尽可能地选用国际和国内通用标准的观点。
As there are so many archives information networks but less effective information at present, it is necessary to strengthen the management of the function of archives information. In this paper, at first the authors analyse the various features of archives information under network environments, which are of abundance in information contents and forms,diversity of database form, integration of archives information and social comprehensive information.Then they present the various forms in the management of archives information, which are of homepage, freetext, hypertext, hypermedia, database, list-on-line and E-business etc.As to the standard of management in archives information, they propose that international and national standard should be chosen.
