摘要
目的 :探讨肾衰胶囊对慢性肾功能衰竭 (CRF)大鼠肾功能及血一氧化氮 (NO )、肿瘤坏死因子 (TNF α)的影响。方法 :用Wistar大鼠灌服腺嘌呤造模 ,分高、低剂量组及尿毒清组治疗 ,检测肾功能指标 ,及血中NO、TNF α水平。结果 :高剂量组BUN、Scr改善与尿毒清组比较 ,有显著性差异 (P <0 .0 5)。同时能升高CRF大鼠血NO ,降低TNF α ,与尿毒清组比较 (P <0 .0 5)。结论 :肾衰胶囊在改善CRF大鼠肾功能同时 ,能升高血NO ,降低TNF α。
AIM: To explore the effect of Shenshuai Capsule on renal functio n, NO and TNF-α in CRF rat's blood. METHODS: Wister rats were fed with adenine to establish the chronic renal insufficiency anemia model, and then they were divided into three groups and fed with Shenshuai Capsule (high or low dosage) and Niaoduqing proup, respec tively. Kidney function index and the levels of NO and TNF-α in blood of CR F rats were measured. RESULTS: The comparison of renal function between the treatment gro up (high dosage) and the Niaoduqing group were significantly different respectiv ely. At the same time, Shenshuai Capsule can increase the NO of CRF rat's blood and reduce the TNF-α. CONCLUSION: Shenshuai Capsule can improve renal function of CRF rat , simultaneously raise the NO of CRF rat's blood and reduce the TNF-α. The lat ter may be one of the mechanism of action that Shunshuai Capsule can delay the r enal failure.
