摘要
电力系统可靠性是电力系统运行的一项重要衡量指标。传统的电力系统可靠性指标反映了电力系统元件或网络的可用度,但是没有反映出其经济成分。因此提出了一种对电力系统配电网络进行评估的新指标———经济可靠性,不仅反映了电力系统的可靠性,也反映了电力系统的经济性,这对于提高电力系统的经济效益,具有重要的意义。
Reliability of Power Systems is an important evaluation index for power system operation. Traditional reliability index only reflects the availability of equipments or power networks in power systems, excluding its economic factors. This paper proposes a new index-economic reliability to evaluate the reliability of power system.This new index can not only reflect the reliability of power system,but also its ecconomy,which is of significance to improve the economic results of power system.
