摘要
通过稻谷壳制一次性植物纤维绿色环保餐具的新材料、新工艺的研究,制定了碗的成型新工艺,即稻谷壳经添加粘结剂搅拌均匀后,制成片状,使得该片表面质量光滑,紧密度高,有一定的柔软性和韧性,能在新开发设计的复合模具中一次冲压成型。该碗成型工艺落料-预拉伸-冲压-切边,可以在此复合模具中一次冲压完成,冲压周期在4s内完成,减少加工工序,节约时间,提高劳动生产率,在生产实践中得到应用,取得了良好的经济效益。
Making a study of one-off plant fiber green tableware made of rice husk. ,a new forming technology of bowl was designed. This method is to add some stick liquid into the rice husk and stir them evenly,then to make them into slice. The surface of every slice should be smooth, tight,plasticity and flexible. The bowl could be formed one-step. The process includes blanking, stretching, stamping and trimming. The cycle of the process is 4 second. The technology was used in practice, thereby obtains good economic benefit.
