摘要
从理论上分析了矿热炉冶炼碱土金属合金过程中炉底逐步上涨的主要原因,并提出了控制和处理炉底上涨的有效措施。经实践证实炉底上涨是可以控制的,选用分层法,分层批料法冶炼碱土合金既合理,又能取得较好的效果——冶炼周期长、电耗低、生产率提高。
Theoretical analysis is done for the main cause of furnace bottom building-up gradually in smelting alkali earth metal alloys using electric smelting furnace. Effective measures are supposed to control and handle the furnace bottom build-up, Practice had proved that the build-up can be controlled.Using stratified charge method or stratified batch charge method are very reasonable for smelting alkali earth metal alloys and can gain better results, i.e,long smelting campaign, low power consumption and high productivity.
