摘要
培养高素质、面向21世纪的创新人才是我国高等教育中的重要指导思想。结合东北大学资土院在本科生培养中的实践,探索了工科教学与科研相结合的办学模式。研究了本科生专业学习期间如何进入研究所结合实际课题学习相关知识的问题,为毕业生创造条件与科研院所和企业联合指导毕业设计,培养学生的创新实践能力等进行了探讨。
The important principle in our country's higher education is to foaster creative talents of high quality for 21st century. Based on our experiences in cultivating undergraduates,this paper aims at exploring educational model of combing teaching with scientific research.It elaborates how undergraduates,during fouryear study, learn related knowledge in the institute by way of participating projects. Special training, creation of favorable condition to guide graduation project with the help of support from other institutes and enterprises, project of developing student's creativity, are also discussed in this paper.
