摘要
作为世界公认稀土资源大国的中国 ,经过 40多年的发展 ,已经成为世界最大稀土生产国 ,最大稀土消费国和最大稀土供应国 ,已具备了发展稀土产业的优势和规模。但是 ,中国的稀土产业还存在一些问题 ,稀土资源优势还没有变成经济优势 ,其发展的高速度还没有带来高效益。因此 ,如何解决我国稀土产业中存在的主要问题 ,如何通过资源转换、结构优化、产业升级、技术创新 ,使我国的稀土产业健康、稳定的发展 ,就成为关注的热点和要解决的重大课题。本文综述了中国稀土产业的发展现状 。
China, with abundant rare earth resource, has been the biggest produce, consume and supply country, and had the superiority and scale of developing rare earth industry through progress of more than 40 years. But, the superiority of rare earth resource has not turned into the economic superiority, and the development of rare earth industry in China with high speed does not lead to high benefit. Therefore, it has become the hot point and vital task now how to solve the main problems of rare earth industry in China and how to make our rare earth industry grow healthily and steadily through transforming resources, adjusting structure, escalating industry, bringing forth new ideas in technology. The status of development of rare earth industry in China was reviewed, and its developing direction and suggestion were pointed out.
