摘要
使用分光光度法研究了Fe(Ⅲ)离子在去铁转铁蛋白(apoTf)与ATP之间的交换动力学,得到反应的动力学参数及反应速率表达式,并提出了反应机理。
By means of spectrophotometry, the kinetics of the exchange of iron(III) between transferrin and ferric complex of ATP investigated. The kinetic parameters and the expression of reactive velocity obtained and a mechanism provided.
