摘要
最高界面生长温度判据在充分形核假设条件下已经被应用于包晶凝固的相选择分析中,但在形核成为组织和相选择的重要控制因素时则需要对其适用性进行考察.本文在采用最高界面生长温度判据基础上,通过分析界面前沿成分过冷区的形核条件,对依据最高界面生长温度判据建立的组织选择图进行了修正,获得的结果能够很好地描述实验中获得的包晶合金定向凝固组织的演化规律.
Although the criterion of the highest interface growth temperature have been used in the prediction of phase and microstructure formation in peritectic alloy, the contribution of nucleation is neglected in this processs. In this paper the nucleation in the undercooling zone in front of the growing interface is considered and an amendment to the above prediction was given. Good accordance is achieved between the corrected prediction and experimental results.
