摘要
本文讨论了常温和高温电晕充电后白云母驻极体的电荷稳定性问题.通过控制湿度、化学表面处理,将电荷注人体内的恒流电晕充电或热处理能明显地改善其电荷贮存寿命.利用注入电荷的平均电荷重心与充电温度的关系及开路 TSD 过程中电荷重心向体内迁移,分别讨论了电导率对电荷重心的影响和脱阱电荷在体内的输运规律.
In this paper,charge storage stability of muscovite electret after corona charging at roomand elevated temperatures was discussed.Charge stability of the muscovite electret can beimproved respectively by means of controlled humidity,Chemical surface treatment,heatingtreatment and constant current corona charging by which charge can be injected into the bulkof the sample.The influence of bulk conductivity at elevated temperature on mean charge depth,anddetrapping charge transport rule in the bulk of the sample during TSD after charging at RTwere studied by determining the relation between mean charge depth and charging temperature,and the shift of mean charge depth during the TSD,respectively.
