乌司他丁对原位肝移植术后早期肝肾功能的保护作用疗效观察 被引量:8

摘要 目的 观察乌司他丁对肝移植术后早期肝、肾功能的影响。方法 将 82例同种异体原位肝移植术病人分为对照组 (4 0例 )和治疗组 (4 2例 ) ,观察术后第 1、3、7天肝、肾功能各项指标 ,并进行比较分析。结果 术后第 1天用药组的Tbil、Dbil、Cr较对照组为低 ,ALB较对照组为高 ,有显著性差异 (P <0 0 5 ) ;第 3天用药组的γ GT、Dbil较对照组为低 ,ALB较对照组为高 ,有显著性差异 (P <0 0 5 ) ;第 7天用药组的AST、Tbil、Dbil较对照组为低 ,有显著性差异 (P <0 0 5 )。结论 乌司他丁对原位肝移植术后早期肝肾功能确有一定保护作用。 Objective To investigate the protective effects of ulinastatin on liver and renal function during the early stage after orthotopic liver transplantation (OLT). Methods A total of 82 patients receiving OLT in our center were divided into the control group (n=40) and treated group (n=42). The patients in the control group received routine postoperative therapy of liver transplantation without ulinastatin and those in the treated group were administered with 100 000 U/8h after the operation. The levels of serum AST, ALT, LDH, γ-GT, ALB, Cr and BUN on the 1st, 3rd and 7th day after the operation. Results On the 1st postoperative day, the serum levels of Tbil, Dbil and Cr were significantly lower but ALB level higher in the treated group than in the control (P<0.05). On the 3rd postoperative day, the serum levels of γ-GT and Dbil were markedly lower but ALB level higher in the treated group than in the control (P<0.05). On the 7th postoperative day, the serum levels of AST, Tbil and Dbil were remarkably lower in the treated group than in the control (P<0.05). Conclusions Ulinastatin can protect liver and renal function in the early stage after OLT.
