摘要
基于ANSYS软件 ,在对动态灵敏度分析原理研究的基础上 ,以机座外壳四周壁厚t1 和工作面板厚度t2 作为设计参数对PYQ2 0 2C平压压痕切线机机座进行了动态灵敏度分析。分析表明 :机座外壳四周壁厚t1 对机座的前四阶模态频率有较大影响 ,而机座工作面板厚度t2 对机座的前四阶模频率影响不大 ,故可以通过改变机座四周壁厚t1 来提高机座结构的动刚度 ,同时又使材料消耗最少 (t1 =1 5mm时为最佳 ) ,为机座的结构优化设计提供了依据。
Based on the ANSYS software and the study of the principle,the dynamic sensitivity analysis has been carried out on model PYQ202C,a kind of Press Machine with the design parameters of the wall thickness t1 and the thickness t2 of the working board. The results show that the wall thickness t1 affects the modal frequencies more than the thickness t2 of the working board.So the dynamic stiffness of the base can be increased and also the production cost can be reduced through improving the wall thickness t1.It offers evidence for structural optimized design. This method is particularly suitable for optimization design of large and complex mechanical structures.
