摘要
创新设计了“食物垃圾饲料化处理技术”的工艺流程及其设备机组 ,作为该机组关键设备之一的清洗分拣装置在该工艺流程中起着十分重要的作用。阐述了清洗分拣装置的创新设计过程 ,首先阐述了其结构组成 ,并对其工作原理进行了说明 。
The whole technology process and the corresponding set of mechanical equipment used for handling the solid food waste into animal feed are innovatively designed,among which the waste cleaning and separating device(FWCSD)plays an important role in this process.This paper describes the innovative design process of FWCSD.First,the structure composition of FWCSD is worked out,then its working principle is introduced and at last creative design of separating and discharging mechanism,a key mechanism of FWCSD,is illustrated in detail.
