摘要
目的通过对影像特征不典型肺部包块的超声、CT和病理对照分析,提高超声对肺部包块的诊断价值。方法对照病理结果,回顾分析32例成功地进行了超声引导下穿刺活检的肺部包块的CT及超声结果,总结其影像特征。结果32例肺部包块中,肺癌23例(其中磷癌16例,小细胞癌7例),肺结核5例,炎性假瘤2例,支气管粘膜炎症和肺结节病各1例。影像学上各有特点。结论在特殊类型肺部肿块的诊断中,超声有其独到的优点,可以与CT互相补充。
Objective To improve the value of ultrasound(US)for detecting the pulmonary masses(PM)through analyzing non -typical imaging findings of MP on US and comparing with that on CT images and pathol ogy.Methods Compared with pathologic findings,PM find-ings on US and CT images were analyzed retrospectively and the US guided aspiration biopsy were successfully p erformed.Results Among32patients with MP,there were 23pul monary cancers(16squamocellular cancers and 7small cell cancers),5pulmonary tuberculoses,2in-flammatory pseudotumors ,1bronchi o -mucosal inflammation,and 1pulmo nary sarcoidosis.These PMs present ed varied imaging fea-tures.Conclusion When US is used to diagnose the partic ular kinds of PM,it has the specifical advantage that can be taken as an imp ortant supplement to CT.[
