摘要
目的探讨非潜水性骨梗死的影像学表现。方法7例患者中,平片+CT+MRI+ECT检查、平片+CT、平片+MRI检查各2例;单纯拍平片1例。结果7例共累及14骨。早期平片、CT可无异常发现,亦可见病变区密度不均或轻度骨膜反应。MRI示病灶中心T1WI呈等骨髓脂肪信号,边缘呈迂曲的低信号带;该带T2WI可分2层。整个坏死区呈地图样改变。ECT显示为中央放射性缺损,边缘放射性浓聚。晚期平片、CT扫描病灶呈类环形、花边状或条状致密影。MRI、ECT此期表现无特征。结论对早期病例,MRI是最好的检查手段。晚期病例检查应首选平片和CT。
Objective To explore imaging manifestations o f the non -diver bone infarction.Methods 7cases with the non -diver bone infarction were examined on plainfi lm,CT,MRI and ECT(Using two or all ways in 6,only plainf ilm in one).Results 14bones were involved totally in all cases.Plainfilm and CT findings may have no abnormality or show mixed dense area and periosteal reaction in early period.MRI manifestations were moderate medul lary fatty signal intensity on T 1 WI and inhomogenous high signal inte nsity on T 2 WI in the centers of the foci whose margin were rugged which were low signal intensity on T 1 WI and two layers on T 2 WI.ECT appearance was radiation def ect in the center of the lesions whose margin wa s radioactive filling.Plainfilm an d CT findings were circular and fringe -like and dense stripes in ad-vanced stage.The dagnostic value of MRI and ECT was limited in same period.Conclusion MRI and ECT have more efficiency to di agnose the non -diver bone infarction than o ther ways in early stage.The best methods to examine it are plainfilm and C T in advanced stage.[
