摘要
采用 XPS 法测定了超微粒 α-Fe_2O_3在不同温度下的氧吸附量和吸附态,解释了超微粒 α-Fe_2O_3的电导—温度曲线。根据其气敏效应与工作温度、环境气氛及其氧吸附活化能的关系、得出超微粒α-Fe_2O_3属表面控制型气敏机理的结论。
The adsorption quantity and state of oxygen on the surface of ultrafine α-Fe_2O_3powders at different temperatures were measured by XPS method.The conduc-tance- temperature curve of the powders was interpreted.According to the relation-ships between its gas sensitive effect and operating conditions:such as temperature,enviroment atmosphere and its oxygen adsorption activation energy,surface resista-nce controlled mode can be considered as the gas sensitive mechanism of ultrafinea-Fe_2O_3 powders.
