摘要
介绍了偏置电容法测量配电网电容电流的应用经验,包括测量要领及测量结果异常的分析与处理,对几种典型异常原因进行了分析:接线错误、冲击负荷影响、三相不对称影响,并给出相应的处理措施。
The application experiences of capacitive current measuring of power distribution with partially installing capacitor is introduced ,including the key points of measuring and the analysis and treatment of abnormal measuring results.Reasons of some typical abnormal phenomenon are discussed :improper wiring ,impulsive load and3 - phase dissymmetry ,and the countermeasures are given.
