摘要
目的 :讨论颈椎病主要结构生物力学特性的改变 ,及其安全可靠、规范的疗法。方法 :采用颈椎棘突间、横突结节复合液局部阻滞 ,小针刀松解 ,推拿手法纠正椎体钩椎关节、棘突、小关节等处位移 ,调整其生物力学动态平衡治疗颈椎病 43 92例。结果 :治愈 3 0 2 0例 ,占 68 8% ;好转 12 2 8例 ,占 2 7 9% ;无效 14 4例 ,占 3 3 % ;治愈率 :68 8% ,总有效率 :96 7%。结论 :纠正颈椎生物力学平衡治疗颈椎病是安全、可靠、系统。
Objective:To explore the changes of biodynamics propert ie s of cervical vertebra disease and safe,effective,normative treatments.Met hods: Treatments such as local block with complex liquor among spinose pr ocess of cervical vertebra or in transverse process of cervical vertebra,xiaozhe n dao relaxation and massage can adjust the position of the luschka joint spinose process and small joint in order to modulate the migration and restore the biody namics harmony,which had cared 4392 cases of cervical vertebra diserse.Res ults:3020 cases (68 8%) were completely cured,1228 cases (27 9%) were im pr oved and 144 cases (3 3%) showed no change.The cure rate was 68 8% and the tot a l effective rate was 96 7%.Conclusion:It may be concluded that the treatment of cervical vertebra by correcting mechanic balance of cervical ve rtebra is a comprehensive therapy,it is safe,reliable,systematic and satisfact ory.
