摘要
为积极贯彻中央领导同志重要批示:"关于京沪高速铁路建设问题,请发改委、铁道部会同有关部门广泛听取意见,充分讨论,科学比选,提出方案"的精神,最近期间和一些有关同志交换了意见,参加了发改委与中国国际工程咨询公司组织的有关讨论,就近期内如何深入进行京沪高速线采用高速磁浮或高速轮轨方案的科学比选工作提出了建议。
Following the important opinion of the central government leader: 'Concerning the construction of the Beijing- Shanghai high- speed railway, it is necessary to hear widely different opinions, conduct fully discussion and scientific comparison and selection, and provide suggestion', we took part recently in related discussions organized by National Development and Reform Committee and China International Engineering Consultation Company, the present paper summarized our suggestion to conduct scientific comparison and selection work in the near future.
