多次血管外给药动力学与应用

摘要 定时定量血管外给药的方法,临床上应用很广,为了提高疗效,避免毒副反应,必需设计出符合实际情况的药代动力学模型和求出药时曲线公式。本文应用简便的数学方法,从房室开放模型线性药代动力学求解,得出药时曲线公式;并以正常人肌注卡那霉素,血药浓度变化为例,设计出卡那霉素肌注的合理给药方案。 The method of extravascular administration at a fitted time and a fitted quantitation is extensively adopted in clinics. To elevate the therapeutic effectiveness and prevent the toxic and the side effect a pharmacokinetic model accorded with the situation of practise must be designed and the dose time curve formula must be made. Using a simple mathematic method, the dose time curve formula can be obtained by the linear pharmacokinetics of the atrioventricular open model. A rational administration programme for kanamycin intramuscular Injection was designed according to the change of the drug concentration in blood.
