摘要
本文系建设部标准定额司组织的课题组 ,经三年调查研究后提出的总报告的缩写。文中主要阐明了当前 1 2个经济发达国家和地区实行"技术法规———技术标准"体制的基本情况 ,做了国内外体制的对比 。
The paper is the abbreviation of the general report about the system of codes and standards compiled after the study for three years, which is under the leadership of the Standard Department of the Construction Ministry. The basic situations for the execution of technical standards and codes in 12 developed countries and regions are expounded. The comparisons about the standards and codes are carried out between home and abroad, and suggestions are presented for the reformation of the system of construction standards and codes in China.
