摘要
针对超塑成形中摩擦系数的直接测量比较困难的问题,提出了广义摩擦系数的概念,采用数值模拟—试验验证的方法确定了广义摩擦系数,并以TC4板材典型试验件的超塑成形过程进行了试验验证。
The new concept of 'Generalized Friction Coefficient' (GFC) is presented in view of difficulty of direct measuring friction coefficient in SPF. The GFC is determined by the experiment-numerical simulation method, and it is verified by the superplastic forming of the TC4 test-piece.
