摘要
对430例各种胃疾病患者和100例正常人进行胃电图检查。发现:①正常组、浅表性胃炎组和慢性胃溃疡组进餐前后胃电频率差异均无显著性意义(P>0.05),其余胃病各级差异均有非常显著性意义(P<0.01);②正常组、慢性球部溃疡组和十二指肠球部溃疡合并胃炎组进餐前后胃电振幅差异均有显著性意义(P<0.05),其余胃病各组差异均有非常显著性意义(P<0.01)。结果表明,进餐对胃电频率和振幅有一定的影响。在胃电图检查中采用进餐功能试验对于诊断胃疾患有一定的应用价值。
EGG tests were made in 100 healthy human subjects and 430 cases with various gastric diseases. The results were as follows :1 . Mean value of the frequency of EGG before and after meals was no significantly different ( P>0.05 ) in healthy human subjects and cases with shallow gastritis or chroric gastric ulcer, and very significantly different
(P<0.01)in cases with other gastric diseases. 2. Mean value of the amplitude of EGG before and after meals was significantly different
(P<0.05)in healthy human subjects and cases with chronic duodena ulcer and with duodenal ulcer and gastritis, and very significantly different ( P<0.01 ) in cases with other gastric diseases. The results indicated that taking food had some influences on the frequency and amplitude of EGG. Food test was valuable in the diagnosis of the gastric disorders in EGG tests.
